PROGRAM LENGTH – 4 Weeks
NO. OF SESSIONS – 12 sessions, 3 per week
This programme is specifically designed for weight loss, reducing your body fat and increasing your fitness levels and muscle definition. During the 4 week course nutrition will play a major part in the programme with a 7 day detox being under taken in the first week. The training sessions will be a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises designed to whittle down your waist line fast and during each session you will be pushed to your maximum to really gain the benefits.
