The 6 Week TML Pilates



PROGRAM LENGTH – 6 weeks
NUMBER OF SESSIONS – 12 sessions, 2 per week

The 6 week pilates one to one course is suitable for all levels who are either looking to learn and be taught the technique of pilates or for people who are wanting to progress their level of pilates with further challenges and gain more out of their sessions.

This course is fantastic for a variety of people including:

  • Pre/post natal mums who are looking to safely and effectively regain their pre pregnancy figures
  • People who want to strengthen painful and problematic backs and improve posture
  • People who are looking for a form of exercise to help them condition and tone there body and improve flexibility

The big advantage of having one to one pilates is that every exercise given to you is specifically designed to help you achieve your desired goal. You have the attention of the professional trainer throughout the whole of the session to check that every exercise is done correctly safely and effectively, adapting if needed
